Use these guides to choose a safe viewing workflow, diagnose a presentation that does not open, and understand when a browser viewer is enough—or when you need the original desktop application.

Render slides, export a PDF review copy in browser memory, and check typography, graphics, page order, and confidentiality.
Check the extension, download, encryption, browser, memory, file damage, and unsupported presentation objects in the right order.
Compare a local browser viewer with desktop suites, cloud editors, mobile apps, and an author-supplied PDF.
PPT ViewNow is designed for quick presentation review. In the normal viewing and PDF-export flow, the selected PPT or PPTX file is processed in the browser and is not uploaded to a ViewNow server. The viewer can navigate slides, search visible text, show available presenter notes, enter presentation mode, and export rendered slides to PDF.
A browser viewer is not a full PowerPoint editor. Fonts, animation, video, macros, linked data, complex SmartArt, and some legacy PPT drawing records can display differently. Use the original PowerPoint application or an approved PDF for final-delivery checks.
